All Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. If the 14 day limit has been exceeded, store credit can be issued. Where possible, include your order slip with the reason written onto the blank space or on a separate sheet of paper.
In case of returns which is not our fault we will deduct cost of shipping and handling.

Refund will be issued to the account with which you checked out with once the shoes have been received.We will deduct $25.00 to cover our expenses. To expedite the refund, you can notify us of your intent so we know to expect your package in the mail.
To Exchange, Tell us which pair you want to exchange for and send back the shoes you don't want to: 8305 Bergenline ave APP #5 North Bergen NJ 07047. Once we get back the shoes, we can send out the new ones. Include $25 check or cash to cover processing, shipping and handling within.
International Orders: Due to the high cost of shipping, we cannot accept returns & exchanges. In case of unauthorized package refusal or bounce we reserve the right to charge a 50% restocking fee at our discretion.
**Davinci cannot be responsible for worn shoes, weakening attachments, ornaments & stones missing due to ordinary wear and tear. If the order was a manufacturer error or our fault, we will take responsibility for repair expenses. In case the return request was for a reason that isn't an error and we shipped you the correct order there may be a 15% restocking fee.**
